However, if anyone reads this who is relying on Railair to transport them from Heathrow to their destination after flying to the UK, especially if you’re arriving on a late flight. Dates from my last visit to UK, where Railair (a private company that operates bus links between Airports and Train stations, since the UK has failed to actually integrate public transport). Sucks big time. They have a real customer service problem caused by low-quality poorly motivated staff who treat customers like idiots.
